*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing the following duties:
* Oversees the management of the day to day operations and daily workflow of the human resources department.
* Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
* Administer employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being and retention.
* Directly manages leaves, ADA accommodations, and workers compensation.
* Provides support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, accommodating leaves etc.
* Guide and support assigned HR team members, providing training and development, performance feedback, and goal alignment.
* Develops and Implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives that cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
* May participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
* Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
* Manages and directs the full use of the Clinicas HR systems and consults on improvements and best practices in creating more electronic HR practices.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.
* Performs other duties as assigned to support HR Department.
*EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS*
* Bachelor's degree required.
Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred;
* Certified as SPHR or PHR preferred.
* 5 years of experience working in human resource management.
* Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively analyze and resolve problems.
* Must be analytical, strategic, and diplomatic.
* Thorough understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
* Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
* Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques.
* Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration.
* Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
* Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,500.
00 - $140,200.
