Restaurant Management Staff

```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
```Experience``` - Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and shift management.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
