*Job Description*
* Assist project managers with planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
* Create project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders on project status.
* Coordinate project team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
* Communicate project information to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
* Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues.
* Monitor project expenses and prepare project budget reports.
* Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
* Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other external parties as needed.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
* Provide support to project team members as needed and resolve conflicts as they arise.
* Continuously review project performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Admin, or Associate Project Management role within a manufacturing setting, preferably consumer product manufacturing.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must have.
Candidates with no experience in a manufacturing environment will not be considered.
* Organized and able to learn quickly new process
* Able to balance many projects competing priorities
* Process driven candidates will do best in this role
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $30.
