On-Site Manager

Growing Company searching for a Property Manager Archways Property Management is looking for a property manager for an apartment building in Ventura.
Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of assigned properties * Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates * Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.
* Uphold a positive, productive relationship with tenants * Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
* Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses * Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
* Accomplish daily inspections report of property and submit to Supervisor * Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities * Update job and market knowledge Requirements * Proven work experience as property manager * Fully understanding property management * In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management * Competency in MS Office & Google Drive * Customer focus and bottom-line orientation * Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills * Well organized with excellent time management skills * High school or equivalent * Ability to work with minimal supervision Required experience: * Property Manager: minimum 1 year Required language: * English.
* Spanish is a plus.
