Responsibilities:
-Scheduling installations
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
-Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with team management tasks, including scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships
Experience:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with file management systems, both physical and electronic
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software for basic bookkeeping tasks
