*Job* *Summary*:
At its core, veterinary care is about relationships.
The relationship between a client and their pet, a practice and its clients, and between the team members who deliver the care.
Hope Veterinary Oncology is driven to create a positive work culture in which service and hospitality are the foundation for all those essential relationships.
As the only independent and woman-owned oncology practice in Southern California, our team is growing.
We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, exceptional care, and celebrating the relationships that make veterinary medicine the special profession it is.
Susan David said, 'Discomfort is the price of admission to a meaningful life'.
That certainly applies to work in the veterinary field.
At Hope Veterinary Oncology we think that a bit of compassion, a lot of hospitality, and the intelligent use of technology can amplify the meaningful and minimize the discomfort, even for people that have a pet with cancer.
We want our clients to feel the compassion that comes from team members who are well-cared for.
Leveraging the art of hospitality and technological tools like AI, we'll have more time to focus on each other, our clients, and the patients we love.
We strongly believe in having an open-mind and considering all possible tools that might help a patient live a longer and better life after a cancer diagnosis.
This is why our treatments will not be limited to traditional approaches (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.
), but will also include integrative options (acupuncture, diet, herbal therapy).
