Office Assistant Manager

Victory Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, friendly and organized individual to manage and work at our front desk.
This is an hourly position, between 20 and 40 hours a week, up to your discretion.
The front desk hours are staffed from 9am-7:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
There is some work schedule flexibility as you will work with the office manager to make the front desk coverage hours.
With peak hours from 3:30-6:30 Monday through Friday and Saturday 9-1.
You would need to be present for at least three of the peak shifts every week.
Applicant should be good with both parents and kids in a fun family-friendly environment, have good communication skills and be self-motivated.
Customer service and office experience within a customer service setting is important.
Should be good on a computer and comfortable working with and learning online customer management programs and softwares.
Should be capable at tracking and organizing payments, invoicing, accounts receivable.
