```Duties```
- Lead and manage ecommerce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in ecommerce or digital projects
- Strong knowledge of project implementation methodologies and tools
- Experience in business process modeling and program management
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Workday, Trello, or SharePoint
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
