The candidate will need to have ability to manage the details of the Office including leadership skills, bookkeeping, rent collection, filing, spreadsheets, auditing, charting, etc.
We are looking for a team player who can work well in an office environment and with seniors.
Candidates must have a proven track record in Business office management or Administrative/Executive assistant role.
The candidate will report directly to the Executive Director and Director.
All candidates must possess a High School diploma / GED, have a clean and clear background, possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, and have the ability to work weekends and holidays.
