Dietary Supervisor

*About us* Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is a 74 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Ojai, CA.
We are looking for an experienced Dietary Supervisor to come join our team! Responsibilities: - Oversee the dietary department in a Skilled Nursing Facility - Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents - Maintain inventory of food and supplies - Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special diets - Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess residents' nutritional needs - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans - Monitor and document residents' food intake and dietary changes - Train and supervise dietary staff members - Ensure proper sanitation and safety procedures are followed in the kitchen Experience: - Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting - Knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary requirements for different medical conditions - Familiarity with tube feeding and other specialized feeding methods - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
