Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning - Manage and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction - Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure seamless coordination of services - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards ```Skills``` - Restaurant management experience required - Strong knowledge of food service management, including kitchen operations and bar service - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Proficient in POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling - Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members - Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction - Social media experience desired Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
