How you will make an impact:
The HR Operations Manager will lead and support a diverse set of HR operations including, but not limited to employee surveys, policy review, fostering communication with and between employees and leadership, and performance management.
This role will be a blend of consultative support as well as project-based work.
Use project management skills to align and support organizational goals and strategy developing and implementing performance appraisal, talent review, and engagement survey action planning processes.
Develop and utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on behavioral and motivational trends and evaluate efficacy and impact.
Engage in internal and external best practice benchmarking to ensure continuous improvement including evaluating and improving existing HR practices to introduce new perspectives, trends, and processes as necessary.
Focus on fostering internal communication, employee development, retention, organizational structure, and performance management.
Support Employee Relations processes and documentation, acting as primary point of contact.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent proven experience including communications skills, and data analysis.
Minimum of 4-6 years working experience preferred in a similar position.
Knowledge of Federal and California employment laws is required.
Experience with other US states and/or international labor law practices preferred.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization structure, operational objectives, culture, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, working with employees and managers of varying operational focus and professional and educational experience.

US BASE PAY SCALE $107,900 - $136,100
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
