How you will make an impact:
This position will work in partnership with the Product Development teams and various cross functional stakeholders to define Meissner’s requirements and product strategy for new and existing product launches.
This position will act as the voice of the market and customer needs to establish foundational metrics for Meissner’s hardware solutions roadmap and new product development.
They will be accountable for various activities within the product development process including the development of business plans, executing market research, defining product and commercial strategies and partnering across the organization to prepare and execute on an effective new product launch plan.
The successful candidate will be a highly independent, seasoned veteran who has prior experience launching products and demonstrates best-in-class marketing capabilities.
Responsible for acting as the commercialization lead for new hardware systems.
Own all aspects of current cap-ex portfolio including, life cycle planning and management, go-to-market tactics, Customer deployment, IQ,OQ,PQ, Customer support, Service of hardware and Application / utilization support
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish commercialization strategies and approaches to ensure product launch success.
Understand key business drivers, based on data and analytics, market trends and direct interaction with internal Meissner teams, suppliers and customers.
Provide mentorship to a team of product managers to support the marketing activities for new and existing products.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
Must have at least 7+ years of industry experience in Product Management.
Experience with developing product for use in automated/ enterprise environments; and launching product for use in cGMP environments.
Must have demonstrated experience in developing and requirements and commercial launch plans for new product development; experience with hardware is required.
Support team-selling activities as necessary in North America, Europe, and other global locations.

US BASE PAY SCALE $117,200 - $151,700
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
