* Hours 11:30 am - 5:30 pm
* $20 per hour
* Locations: 11:30 am - 2 pm Regional Office in Oxnard
2:30-5:30 pm Fillmore
* Commitment to the 2023-2024 school year
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working with TK-8th grade students
* Must have Reliable Transportation
* Must be punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible
* Dedicated to children with diverse backgrounds and academic levels
* Ability to work in fast-pace environment

*Qualifications :*
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree : ( preferred but not limited to in Either: Child Development Sociology, Psychology, Art, or Theatre ).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a lead staff member or assistant site coordinator/ director for a child care program.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES*
· Must be a team leader
· Have great communication skills
·Meet with parents, teachers, school administration, students and staff.
· Interact and build positive relationships with students
· Supervise all activities that occur during after program
· Supervise staff members on STAR INC policies
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to educating and empowering youth.
· Have extensive knowledge of age appropriate classroom and behavior management skills
· Assist with daily attendance
· Any other administrative functions that arise
· Fill in for teachers who call out
