*Summary* Join our dynamic team as a Director of Human Resources, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function including, data analytics, change management, recruitment, legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and expertly navigating conflict resolution.
This position offers a unique opportunity for occasional travel to our sites, making your impact felt across diverse locations.
Office is based out of Newbury Parl, CA.

*Responsibilities*: * Provide data-driven analytics and reports to C-Suite executives.
* Oversee all aspects of ROWI's HR functions.
* Create compensation strategies based on market surveys.
* Design and implement employee retention strategies.
* Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
* Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices and policies.
* Cultivate and promote a positive organizational culture through strategic initiatives, employee engagement programs, and effective communication.
* Manage conflict resolution and employee relations, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a harmonious work environment.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with Joint Commission standards, industry best practices and organizational goals.
* Conduct regular training sessions for employees and management on HR policies, compliance, and workplace culture.
* Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers in performance evaluations and goal-setting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
* Coordinate and participate in occasional travel within Orange County and San Diego County for recruitment, training, and HR-related activities.
* Stay informed about industry trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to enhance HR strategies and practices.
* Proactively attend career fairs to establish a strong presence and engage with potential candidates, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
*Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field * Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience required * SHRM or HRCI certification preferred * Proven experience as an HR Manager/Director or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR principles, practices, and procedures * Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics * Familiarity with HR software systems.
Experience with Rippling a plus * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Ability to travel occassionally to treatment centers.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.
00 - $150,000.
