*FLSA Status: *Hourly
*Salary: *$45,000 – $50,000 / Yearly
*Summary: *Provide oversight to all of the Processing Plant.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:*
* Verifies orders and assigns task to employees, prints production labels,
* Assign employee tasks both direct and indirect!
* Punch in all direct labor by Item #
* Schedule rotation of employee within jobs
* When short staffed do line work.
* Check received fruit.
* Schedule breaks and lunches for production employees.
* Verify inventory and request product.
* Timekeeping: assures all employees punch their badge, then creates a timesheet and makes changes each employee change – scan in employees to direct or indirect labor by item.
* supervise employees throughout the day to ensure efficient operation, Safety and Quality
* Complete Accident Report forms when there are injuries.
* Provide inventory of product produced and left for next day on computer system.
* Conducts Safety Tailgate Meetings as requested.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Supervisor Responsibilities:*
Supervises production employees.
