Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will assume the responsibility of supervising day-to-day activities, overseeing personnel, managing inventory, and upholding quality standards.
Furthermore, they will collaborate with the team to introduce innovative procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
*Candidate Requirements:* * Proficiency in management and leadership * Background in inventory management and maintaining quality standards * Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities; Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages * Preferential experience within the seafood sector * Ideally, possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred additional qualifications encompass familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, expertise in process enhancement, and proficiency in data analysis.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.
