BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Senior Program and Operations Manager for the Spectrum Mission Data and Information Engineering Division Support contract at Point Mugu Naval Base near Camarillo, CA.

Salary
The typical annual salary range for this position is $110,000.
00 USD to $150,000.
00 USD.
Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, or coordinates the operations
Formulates policies, manages daily operations, and plans the use of materials and human resources
Provides management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors
Provides management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the contractor personnel and order tasks
Prepares and delivers a monthly Progress, Status, and Management Report
Documents all support requirements in a Program Management Plan, and reviews and submits all CDRLs
Periodically updates the Quality Control Plan
Develops and manages an Implementation Plan
Typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues
Qualifications:
10 years of experience performing the duties described in the job description and responsibilities
Ability to work independently, self-starter
Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Education:
MA/MS degree with a major in at least one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management
Standard experience/education substitutions:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree
Clearance:
Condition of employment - must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Citizenship:
The applicant must have US citizenship at time of application.
