Senior Risk Manager

At this time, Intrepid is seeking a Senior Risk Manager that can perform the duties and meet the expectations outlined below: Responsibilities: Perform duties that correlate with the experience requirements listed in the Qualifications section, as well as; Be responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting programmatic risk.
Ability to outline and report against the programs strategic objectives and assess exposures and limits.
Provide analysis of potential risks and prepare risk mitigation plans as necessary.
Develop and implement methodologies for the assessment of risk factors.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
TRAVEL: No regular travel is currently anticipated for this role.
Qualifications: CLEARANCE: An Active and Current Top Secret (TS)/SCI clearance is required at the time of application.
This position is not open for clearance sponsorship or upgrade.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree; or 10 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
CERTIFICATION(S): None REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years of progressively complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.
Experience as an integrated member of a Government Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) managed team.
Experience applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) System Engineering processes and methods to deploy products within a rapid development environment.
Proficiency in Attlassian tool-set to include Confluence and JIRA.
Experience supporting the Government LSI with the development of program budgets and spend plans, proposals, strategic plans (schedules, execution plans, and POAMs, status reports, briefs/presentations, and the identification of risks (avoidance and mitigation) options and opportunities (including actions/events).
Experience overseeing the cost, schedule and performance associated with the development, refurbishment and technology upgrade of the AN/ALQ-231(V) Intrepid Tiger communication jamming pods, or similar system.
Experience providing management support for integration and testing, operational deployment, interim systems support, as well as the associated processes and policies.
Experience executing NAVAIR program and business management policies and procedures associated with business operations, program/project management, resource planning, acquisition and financial management/execution.
