```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Manage office supplies inventory, order new supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and distribution
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Payroll processing, including timesheet management, deductions, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with the teams in the field to ensure smooth communication and coordination of work activities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of training development principles and techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for the past 5 years.
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and experience in managing payroll processes
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
