Job Title: Coordinator - Supporting Individuals with Disabilities Company: Coastal Core Services, Ventura County, California (No Remote Position Available) Hiring Employees For: Camarillo-Simi Valley Areas, Full-Time, Tuesdays-Saturdays 9:00am-8:00pm (35-40 Hours/Week) OR Oxnard Area, Full-Time, Tuesdays-Saturdays 9:00am-8:00pm (35-40 Hours/Week).
Compensation: $20.
50/Hour and Sign-On Bonus: Full-Time Employees $2,000.
00, Part Time Employees $250.

Position Overview: As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we serve.
Your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to (see full job description for more details): Providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and the community, supporting/training individuals in many aspects of their lives to promote health, wellness, empowerment, and growth such as social skills, meaningful activities, soft skills, grocery shopping, transportation, medical appointments/medications, being a valued member of their community, meal planning/cooking, cleaning/laundry, personal care/hygiene, and behavioral support, etc.
Documenting and maintaining records of individual progress and support.
Creating your own weekly schedule that meets the needs of the persons served.
Communicating and partnering with families, in Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and flexibility to adapt to various needs and situations.
Ability to use computers, programs, and software effectively.
A valid California driver's license, valid car insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Ability to clear a department of justice (DOJ) background check/drug screening.
