_*Job Description: *_ Amigo Baby is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant who enjoys creating a positive service experience from start to finish.
We’re looking for a full-time individual with a *Bachelor's degree in Child Development or human related field* to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.
The Administrative Assistant is the face of the organization when social workers, staff employees, and clients contact the clinic.
The responsibilities for this position include interacting with healthcare providers/administrators, confirming appointments, receiving phone calls, maintaining the Client Management System up to date and providing support for the organization.
_*How You’ll Succeed Here: *_ * Greet all visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner * Provide excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and work ethic * Schedule and coordinate appointments and group meetings * Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate party * Take detailed messages and distribute them in a timely manner * Coordinate with other departments with administrative needs to ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures * Filing information and data entry * Assist HR Manager with time cards every pay period * Maintain clean and organized the clinic _*How you Shine From Others:*_ * Bachelor's degree * Bilingual: Spanish and English * 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role preferred * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Ability to manage tasks/projects in a time-sensitive deadline manner * Patient and pleasant demeanor * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of customer service and best practices * Ability to handle complaints * Proficient in computers (Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.
