We are looking for a Business Relationship Partner for our FDB California Site to join our Global IT organization.
This is a strategic role for our company as we embark on a multi-year transformational effort of our global IT organization.
As a Business Relationship Partner (BRP), you will drive the collaboration with business units to ensure IT aligns with local needs, serving as the primary contact for FDB Global IT.
The Business Relationship Partner will also drive the collaboration with Site leadership, FDB IT Functional areas, and Project Management to ensure seamless alignment with business needs and priorities.
The BRP ensures ongoing alignment with FDB IT strategy, portfolio and capacity.
This role is vital for FDB IT to succeed as a global organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact to FDB Global IT for site and business unit leadership
Works closely with site- and business unit leadership (operations and strategic) and FDB IT functional areas to stay on top of business demands, prioritizes and strategies to ensure ongoing alignment with FDB IT portfolio and capacity
Drive IT strategy into sites
Provide guidance and awareness on FDB IT’s governance model
Help business formalize, prioritize and document business cases for ideas
Work with other IT functions, to track customer and technology trends that could impact customer perception and service provision
Work closely with the Project Management and Portfolio team, where you will help business formalize, prioritize and document business cases for ideas
Provide guidance and awareness on FDB IT’s governance model and present new business initiatives to IT Project Portfolio Board.
Develop and maintain the account strategy and operations for the site, including stakeholder mapping and plan
Assure that the site feels that IT is a partner assisting them in anticipating current and future demands and priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business administration and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong experience with IT services and development projects
Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for the systems/technologies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results.
Fluency in English is required as we are an international company

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 per year dependent on experience.
