How you will make an impact:
As Supervisor of the Quality Control team, you will work in concert with other departments to ensure receipt of the highest quality incoming materials, which allows Meissner to produce safe, effective, and technologically advanced products.
Train, supervise, and guide Quality Control Technicians.
Work as a liaison between the organization’s Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams.
Document, track, and monitor nonconforming materials.
Set the requirements for raw materials from suppliers, monitor incoming items for compliance and ensure the team is trained on the same standards.
Receive, inspect, and identify nonconforming and discrepant materials to ensure release of acceptable incoming raw materials.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
AS degree required, BS or BA preferred.
Must have strong English Language written and verbal communication skills.
Must have 3+ years of management experience.
Related experience in Receiving, Inspection, QC, QA and Document Control preferred.
Ability to train, lead and instruct a team on SOP’s.

US BASE PAY SCALE $75,300 - $90,700
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
