HIRING PER DIEM CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDES (CHHA)

\**_ *\**_*PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT AN HHA LICENSE NUMBER\**_ The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Agency is currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and dedicated *Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)* to join our Home Health team in the covering areas between Camarillio and Augora Hills.
This skilled aide will be able to make visits within 10-30 miles distance from their home to the patient’s place of residence.

*Duties*: The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is responsible for providing personal care services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The CHHA will follow the personal care services as needed for the patient, including taking and recording temperatures, pulse, respiration and BP if ordered, reporting on patient's condition or any significant changes to patient, and meeting the safety needs.
*Per-Diem Status* (Skilled aides are able to choose areas of their choice).
*Can also cover any or all of the following areas:* * Augora Hills * Thousand Oaks * Simi Valley * Hidden Hills * Calabasas * Camarillo Any surrounding cities apart from those listed above *Minimum Requirements include:* * Valid *CALIFORNIA *State Certified Home Health Aide License (CHHA) \*MUST\* * Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience preferred * Valid Driver's License and one year clean driving record * Ability to provide EXQUISITE communication/documentation skills * Basic Computer Skills * Experience in EMR software (preferred but not required).
*Required Licenses and Certifications:* * *HHA *License in California * Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance * Current CPR certification * Physical and TB from within the last 6 months *Licenses NOT qualified: *Home Care Aide *(HCA)* , Certified Nursing Assistant *(CNA)* *Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Job Type*: *Per-diem Only*; This is a busy office and multiple hours are available.
You will have flexibility in your schedule and multiple hours.
*Pay: $35.

* Each visit is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
