*Requirements:*
* *Education*
* Required: High school diploma or equivalent
* Preferred: Technical certification in plumbing or HVAC
* Fluent in speaking English and effectively communicating with our clients, team members, vendors, etc
* *Licensing/Registration/Certification*
* Required: Valid driver's license
* Clear background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check
* *Experience*
* 1+ years of experience in water heater installation and repair or general plumbing
* Preferred: Experience with tank and tankless water heating systems

*Summary:*
The primary function of the Technician position at The Water Heater Company is to expertly install, maintain, and repair residential water heaters, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
This role requires continuous advancement in technical ability and product knowledge, promoting of the brand, managing accurate van stock inventory, and demonstrating effective time management and autonomy in work execution.
Additionally, the Technician will collaborate effectively with colleagues, and exhibit a strong drive for personal and professional growth to continually strive for excellence.
