We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Patient Safety Program Manager Licensed to join our team.
The role is essential in maintaining and improving the safety and quality of care provided to our patients.
As the Quality Patient Safety Program Manager Licensed will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the patient safety program.
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, quality, and safety are maintained.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage the patient safety program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to identify and address patient safety concerns.
Lead incident reporting and investigation processes to prevent recurrence.
Analyze patient safety data and trends, implementing improvement strategies.
Educate staff on patient safety best practices and facilitate training programs.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree - Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree
One (1) year healthcare-related quality management/performance improvement experience (e.
g.
, chart audits, PI team member, etc.
) and three (3) years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
RN - Current state license in a clinical field in state of practice.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or Healthcare Quality and Management Certification (HCQM), or Certificate of Professional Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety (CPQPS) within 2 years of employment is required
