Licensed Vocational Nurse

Duties: -Check vitals -Assess patient -Medication reconciliation -Chart visit via our portal -Report critical findings to office and physicians Qualifications: - Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California.
- Experience in home health services preferred - Completion of an accredited LVN program - Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Note: Additional qualifications may be required based on specific job requirements or facility policies.
