26 ft 1972 Ranger sailboat for sale.

We live in Santa Barbara but will try to make ourselves available for showings on weekends and some weekdays if we have enough notice.
**Our sailboat is currently parked at Vintage Marina in the Channel Islands Harbor.
The slip is NOT transferable and the buyer will have to move marinas.
The outboard motor is a 2009 Yamaha 8.
0 HP, with a high thrust propellor, push start, and electric hydraulics.
We have not used it in the last 6 months and it is in need of repair.
The hull of the boat received a fresh coat of paint just before we bought it in 2020, and it is cleaned every 4 weeks.
We have a full professional survey of the boat completed in May of 2021.
We have 3 fuel tanks (3 gallons each) which should be more than enough to get you to and from the islands if there’s not enough wind to sail.
We have never used the toilet and neither have the previous owners.
