FREE 1957 55' CHRIS-CRAFT CONSTELLATION (Channel Islands Harbor)

Beautiful 1957 55' Chris Craft - Free to a good home.
I have spent years and hundreds of thousands of dollars restoring this beautiful wooden classic.
But its journey with me has come to an end.
I have somewhat neglected her for the last 2 years and Tranquility is in need of some TLC.
Within the last 10 years the Detroit Diesels and transmissions have been removed and rebuilt, all operating systems on the boat have been completely replaced - from plumbing, to electrical, to kitchen appliances, to a brand new Kohler generator, Every single wire and hose has been replaced.
She is basically a 10 year old boat in a 65 year old hull.
After a storm in Ventura she has started to take on water below the waterline.
While the water ingress is stabilized by electric pumps, she definitely needs to be hauled and a few planks replaced.
The closest boatyard that is willing to haul a wooden boat is situated in San Pedro.
She currently resides in Channel Islands Harbor.
My guess it is a $20-30k job to do in a boatyard.
My loss is your gain.
