1975 Catalina 22 mostly restored.
2019 Tohatsu 5hp Propane (yes, propane and works great) with virtually no hours on it, new winch, radio, lines, dyneema shrouds, topside paint with kiwi grip, decent sails, anchor, rode, trailer, solar panel with sealed battery, etc.
I even have the old sink in my garage if you want it.
After getting it ready for the water I’ve had absolutely no time to take it out and it’s been sitting in the dry dock in Ventura.
