Budgie/Parakeet, young male

Cute lil Budgie.
Young male.
I got him in April as a companion for my other Budgie but they aren’t bonding.
I think that the other one was used to being alone Has not been handled much but still young enough to learn and bond Small rehoming fee $15 to good home.
No cage, bird only.
Located in Ojai but can possibly meet in Ventura on days that I’m going there to run errands due to the price of gas I can’t make a special trip.
