Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to and do open houses
in Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Moorpark,
Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks & Simi Valley.
Also the right candidate will be open to
opening houses for inspections and showings etc.
for flat fees
as well for members of the team on top of your own deals.
Must be available most weekends for holding open houses
MUST BE LICENSED a full year and have closed
at least 2 deals.
If not, call to ask for exception to be granted.
The right candidate will be actively marketing
with our training in addition to the leads we provide
---and open to being proactive with various groups
such as local school PTAs, Volunteer projects,
Neighborhood activities, and other family, friends
and acquaintances or contacts.
