You would be sharing a 4 bedroom house w/ 2 adults, ALL M@LE- [in their late 20s/early 30s, who have no kids] so its not that we are against g1rls, its just that if you are a girl, you probably dont want to live in a house full of guys Two guys are military.
Military & Students are VERY welcomed, especially if attending CSUCI! Full kitchen privileges, you can pretty much use the whole house, everyone shares the house equally The neighborhood is safe, it's a corner house, so parking is not a problem.

Roommate must be clean & responsible.
No smoking inside the house.
No drugs, (this includes marijuana); Occasional drink is OK & guest are welcomed as long as they are not loud and leave by 9 pm (no overnight guests).
