There is a private room for rent access to the house and shared bathroom… Possibly two.
Parking is available, washer and dryer.
Rooms are on site as well as a swimming, pool, a pool table, ping-pong, and a party room.
I’m a single 39 year old dad and living currently in the 1500 ft.
² three bedroom condo is my 18-year-old son which will have his private room, and I have a 15-year-old son, as well as a 10 year old daughter that I have shared custody, which Cher a room.
Access to the whole house, of course.
I’m super laid-back.
Just looking for some help.

Are hard for everybody right now.
Close to Ventura college and the Pacific view mall.
There is also a detached garage that can be used for storage if necessary.
The furniture will be moved out immediately, and the carpets will be shampooed.
