I am looking for a male between the ages of 21 to late thirties to rent a bedroom in a townhouse here in Camarillo.
Rent is separate from utilities, utilities are shared and split three ways.
I am looking for a roommate that will share this townhouse with me and another renter we are 27 years old and looking for a male in that age range.
Must be employed, quiet and respectful, living room is shared as well as the kitchen and common spaces.
Alcohol and smoking is ok
Neighborhood has a great HOA with a neighborhood pool, hot tub, tennis courts, plenty of free parking and a pickle ball court.
Super walkable neighborhood, very quiet and friendly.
No kids, no pets, overnight guests are ok, looking for one male roommate only.
Washer and dryer in garage, plenty of storage, private front yard and backyard.
