I'm 59, female, pleasant, and partially disabled.
In mid-March, I will be taking care of my daughter's dog temporarily so no other pets pls and you must like dogs.
Room is in an apartment, lower floor, 8 ft ceilings, and generally quiet for most part.
We would share a bath and I only use it for what it needs to be used for, lol.
Apartment is spacious, we would not cross paths unless wanting to use kitchen at the same time.
* No drugs (opiods etc) even if you have a prescription, or are in recovery
* No vaping or cloves or cigars (highly allergic)
* No alcoholics, or recovering.
But having a few is fine
* Sorry, not 420 friendly
* No overnights, minimal guests--proper ettique pls
* No drama--I don't have any!
* One person only
* No preference in gender
* Must be responsible--lock door, turn off burners, lights & clean up after yourself.
I am pretty quiet.
Don't have many people coming or going and looking for same.

Not sure if this is suited for someone that works from home, but we can discuss it.
Prefer that someone works out of the home normal business hours.

I am home a lot due to my disabilities, and sometimes I am gone a lot.

Ralphs, laundry mat, banks, Starbucks, and many fast food places plus other less than 5 min walk.
Rent is $1,050 and additional $50 towards utilities (I pay much, much more).
$1,100 total per month, $1,200 security deposit and will work in separate pymts in needed.
Room is much bigger than what pics show.
The closet is huge.
