Hello, I have an unfurnished, large room, and very clean.
Room is in an apartment, lower floor, and generally quiet for most part.
I've been here for 4 years.
We would share a bath and I only use it for what it needs to be used for, lol.
Apartment is spacious, we would not be running into each other
* No drugs or alcoholics or in recovery
* No vaping or cloves or cigars (highly allergic)
* No overnights, minimal guests ok--proper ettique
* One person only
* Must be responsible, and please drama free.

I am home a lot, and sometimes I am gone a lot.
Many places within 5 min walk if you don't drive.
Grocery, banks, restaurants and other shops Etc.
Rent is $1,050 and additional $50 towards utilities, so $1,100 total per month.
$500 security deposit.
