STUDENTS ONLY--the rental term is for the school year (Aug to May).
2 Private rooms are available in our family home in a quiet neighborhood close to CSUCI.
The bathroom is shared by both.
Full access to kitchen, living spaces, laundry, and yard.
We are a mom (high school teacher), a stay-at-home dad, 2 cats, and a small dog.
Our 2 kids will be away at college.
Utilities included.
LGBTQ friendly.
Bed, dresser, desk and chair are available if desired.
