We have two rooms available in our cozy, one-hundred-year-old, midtown, three bedroom home.
The space is peaceful/intentional/eclectic one.
Almost all of the decorum is thrifted/found locally, and we value the cleanliness and respect of the place very much.
We are 420 friendly, and while we do drink alcohol this is NOT a party house.
No loud guests, ragers, or any of that energy please.
We are welcoming in people who are tidy, creative, have a good sense of humor, and who most importantly- respectful of shared spaces.
Im a 35 year old female who resides in the back portion of the house with my own bathroom.
The available rooms have a shared bathroom.
Washer and dryer in home, we don’t pay for water.
My parents are the landlords and they live in the back house on the same property.
There’s a big back yard with room to garden, my giant fluffy friendly Alaskan Malamute, and one sweet cat.
Unfortunately, no more pets are acceptable as much
as I wish they could be :( plant lovers, art lovers, music lovers, comedy lovers, cozy home lovers are welcome :)

First months rent plus $1100 deposit.
Utilities are about $100 per month on average.
