I'm looking for an emotionally mature roommate that can clean up after themselves.
Quiet time is 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
(Multi-Family Building Sound Ordinance) Kitchen closes at 9:00 PM.
Small Dog or Cat - We can discuss.
No cigarettes - I'm very, very allergic! Not a party house.
No heavy drinkers please.
Other than that I'm pretty tolerant.
I have an existing two year lease which ends 7/31/2025 and has a 5% increase on 7/1/24 written in lease.
Must have good credit and you need to show proof of income with application.
There is a laundromat 800 ft.
away open 6AM-10PM everyday.
There is an off street parking space for you from 6:30 PM to 8:00 AM M-F and ok Saturday and Sunday.
There is always parking so not a big deal.
I'm open to payment options (for example $ 257 per week or payments on deposit) but I'm looking for a long term roommate to replace my last roommate on the lease.
