We live on the East End of Ojai on 5 acres.
We are looking for a person ( not a couple) as the bungalow is very cute, but not very big, to care for our two White German Shepherds and house cat while we are away, as we both still work.
Listed are the duties the Caretaker would be responsible for in exchange for free rent and utilities, except phone and wifi.
Care for our animals, they are very playful and love to play ball in our gated yard.
Daily clean up from the dogs.
Daily take out trash, if any.
Once a week take trash can to the road for service and put back.
Pick up the mail and distribute to the three houses.
Must cook twice a week for us as we are vegetarian.
You Must be a good cook!!
Fill bird feeders one a week or when needed
Over see the property when workers are on site, usually once a week for the yards,
You must be a Senior with an income as no money is exchanged
No smoking, drugs, alcohol
We are looking for a person that loves animals and nature and is quiet.
If you like to go a lot, this job is Not for you!!!
The one bedroom house is seperated between our house by a bridge so the dogs can go back and forth.
