Overnight Guests

I’m not sure how many of you need to get it through your thick heads that nobody wants to rent a room from someone and be expected to be a mouse.
No kitchen access, no laundry access, no overnight guests, etc.
Renting a room shouldn’t be a prison sentence.
Also, anyone charging over $1,000.
00 for a ROOM is out of their minds.
Nobody is going to rent that especially with all those restrictions and don’t even try to blame it on CA being expensive to live in.
We are aware but it will never get THAT expensive, youre just price gouging.
You want a good tenant? Be a good, friendly roommate.
Simple as that.
Stop trying to force people to pay half of your mortgage.
If you can’t afford your home by yourself then downsize.
