Each room would come with access to the kitchen and common area spaces, family room, pool table room, inside washer & dryer and has a shared bathroom we have a nice backyard as well with a BarBq.
There is plenty of street parking.

The common area spaces have a TV, couch, chairs and end table, Formal Dining Table, Breakfast Table, Pool Table and nice kitchen.
You can furnish your own room or two of the rooms have Queen Beds and one has a full bed.
Home has Central Air & Heat, WiFi and each room has a ceiling fan.
We have a housekeeper that comes every other week as well.
