Not far from military base, nice furnished room with with a TV and Roku, bed.
It is a good size 2 bedroom house and I spend a lot of time at my second place so there is a good deal of privacy.
Kitchen privileges allowed.
This is only for one person and it is a non-smoking no pet household.
You also must be over 55 to reside here.
It is less than a mile from the beach and there are three major grocers within a mile, several restaurants are very close by.
