$950 Bedroom for rent | Shared Ba. | Close to shops and beach

My fiancé and I have a room for rent for this upcoming semester.
We’re looking to rent to a traveling Nurse, Mid-term naval base employees/military, or a student.
We’re both college alumni and working professionals with a 2bd 1ba condo.
If you enjoy the beach and are a STEM major or one of the listed above, then this place is for you.
We’re both quiet individuals and we don’t drink or smoke and we’re usually in bed by 9:30.
We rarely have people over and when we do it’s usually family.
Your room will be fully furnished with a full size bed and a desk.
You’ll have access to the on-site laundry room.
When the pool opens back up, you’ll also have access to that too.
ALL your utilities are paid for by us (water, electricity, gas, wifi).
You’ll be next to all the shopping, groceries, and restaurants around the corner walking distance.
You’ll also be 5 minutes from the beach! The room is $950/month.
