Short term rental - 3 to 6 months.
The complex is gated with plenty of parking on the street and within the gated area.
I am the only other occupant and have no pets.
I am a working professional woman and prefer renting to working professionals as well.
Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Less than 2 miles from each Community Memorial Hospital, Ventura County Medical Center, Ventura College and the Ventura County Government Center.
Freeway access in 1/2 mile.
Four miles from the beach.
The space is comfortable and quiet.
The living room and kitchen are downstairs with both bedrooms upstairs.
There is a small patio off the living area and a balcony off both bedrooms upstairs.
Guests will have full house access and a private bedroom with semi-private bath.
The bathroom will be dedicated entirely to the guest with the exception of the shower.
As the host, I will tote my shower goods in for my shower needs and will leave the bathroom strictly for the guest aside from that.
Guests will have full access to the kitchen including all dishware, cookware etc.
The kitchen is small but plenty spacious with lots of clear counter space.
The home is decorated with a minimal style so there's plenty of space for cooking, comfortably.
The laundry room is separate from the unit but only steps away, clean and convenient.
There are three washers and four dryers and they are rarely in use with much availability.
 Many amenities including high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, whole house privileges and gated parking.
