The condo has a dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, and a patio with a BBQ.
Have some storage available in the Garage for bicycles/boards.
Looking for someone who:
- is Drama free
- Works Full Time or Full-Time Student
- is pet free as I’m allergic to pet dander
- has overnight Guests occasionally
- keeps a low profile during the week
- Must clean up after yourself and keep your space decent
- smoking is not permitted per HOA rules
About Me:
- Have multiple hobbies (riding bikes, hanging with friends, working out)
- Self-employed, so in and out of the house throughout the day
- Easy to get along with & very sociable
Conveniently located near Ventura beach & downtown.
Monthly rent is $1,500 & refundable deposit is $1,500, so $3,000 to move in.
**Room is available for move-in on 1/15/2024**
