We are a professional couple looking for a clean and quiet professional/student/military person to share our home in Ventura in a newer development.
We have a 6 year old German Shepherd that you must be comfortable with and compatible.
She likes kisses and treats.
The room is 10 ft x 11 ft with an attached 5-foot-wide closet and is located on the second floor at the rear of house.
Room is partially furnished with a full bed and shelving/drawer unit combo.
A private full bath is adjacent to the room and has a tub/shower combination.
Rent will include full kitchen/pantry access, use of washer/ dryer, utilities, backyard and Wi-Fi.
Parking is on the street.
Rules include: Keeping your area and the kitchen neat and clean.
No pets, drugs, smoking of any kind, and no excessive alcohol.
Move in requirements: $500 security deposit, first month’s rent ($1100), and a completed rental application.
Room will be available to be viewed after January 4, 2024 and ready for move in .
We are a little over 7 miles from the ocean, 6 miles to the Collection shopping, 5 miles from the 101 and 5 miles from downtown Ventura.
There are 2 parks with in walking distance and the neighborhood we are in is quiet but still close to everything.
