Out of respect, check in often with your roommates to see if any transgressions have occurred, and how to better coexist.
Complaints should first be discussed with the parties directly involved.
If no resolution is found, put your request in writing to all parties involved and CC me the manager and owner.
If a resolution can still not be found, I will weigh in.
